1. ABOUT ARTTELLA
Arttella is an online print-on-demand store specializing in art tapestry banners, decorative wall tapestries, and custom-printed tapestry products.
Our products may include:
Ready-made art tapestry banners
Decorative wall tapestries
Custom-printed tapestries
Personalized tapestry designs
Other printed fabric products that may be introduced on the website
Most products are produced specifically after an order is placed. As a result, products may not be pre-manufactured or held in inventory.
2. ELIGIBILITY
By using Arttella.com, you confirm that:
You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
The information you provide to us is accurate and complete.
You will use our website and services only for lawful purposes.
You will not use our services to produce content that violates the rights of another person or entity.
If you are purchasing on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to do so.
3. PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, colors, and other information displayed on Arttella.com are accurate.
However, actual products may vary slightly from images displayed on a screen because of:

Differences in screen resolution and color reproduction
Printing processes
Fabric characteristics
Lighting and photography conditions
Normal manufacturing variations
For custom and printed products, minor differences in color, placement, cropping, or appearance may occur and do not necessarily constitute a manufacturing defect.
Product dimensions are subject to reasonable manufacturing tolerances.
4. PRINT-ON-DEMAND PRODUCTS
Because many Arttella products are made specifically in response to an order, production generally begins after payment has been confirmed.
This means that:
Orders may not be immediately shipped after payment.
Production time is separate from shipping or delivery time.
Production times displayed on the website are estimates unless specifically stated otherwise.
Orders may take longer during holidays, promotional periods, unusually high order volumes, equipment problems, supply shortages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We will make reasonable efforts to process orders within the estimated production period.
5. CUSTOM PRINTED TAPESTRIES
For custom tapestry orders, the customer is responsible for providing the correct:
Image or artwork
Text and spelling
Design
Dimensions or requested size
Color preferences
Personalization details
Shipping and contact information
Once production has started, changes to the design, size, personalization, or other order details may not be possible.
Arttella is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information, artwork, instructions, or files submitted by the customer.
Image Quality
Customers are responsible for ensuring that uploaded artwork or images are of sufficient quality for printing.
If an uploaded image has low resolution, excessive compression, unusual proportions, or other quality issues, the final printed product may appear less sharp than the original digital image.
Where practical, Arttella may contact the customer regarding significant artwork issues before production. However, we are not obligated to inspect every uploaded image for quality or suitability.
6. CUSTOMER-UPLOADED CONTENT
For custom products, customers may upload photographs, artwork, graphics, logos, illustrations, text, or other materials (“Customer Content”).
By submitting Customer Content, you represent and warrant that:
You own the content or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and consents to use it.
Your use of the content does not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any person or organization.
The content does not violate any applicable law.
You have permission to reproduce the content for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
You remain responsible for the Customer Content that you submit.
7. PROHIBITED CONTENT
Arttella reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend an order containing content that we reasonably believe:
Infringes another person's intellectual property rights
Contains unauthorized copyrighted or trademarked material
Contains unlawful or fraudulent material
Promotes violence or criminal activity
Contains exploitative or abusive material
Contains illegal sexual content or exploitation
Contains content intended to harass, threaten, or defame another person
Violates applicable laws or regulations
Otherwise creates unreasonable legal or operational risk for Arttella
If an order is rejected because of prohibited content, we may cancel the order and issue an appropriate refund where applicable.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All original artwork, designs, graphics, logos, photographs, text, website content, branding, and other materials created or provided by Arttella remain the property of Arttella or its respective licensors unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, resell, publish, or commercially exploit Arttella-owned artwork or website content without prior written permission.
Purchasing a tapestry does not transfer ownership or copyright of the underlying artwork to the customer.
Customer-Owned Artwork
For artwork supplied by the customer, the customer retains ownership of their original intellectual property, subject to any rights belonging to third parties.
By submitting artwork for production, the customer grants Arttella a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, process, and display the artwork solely as reasonably necessary to:
Process and manufacture the customer's order
Provide customer support
Deliver the purchased product
Operate and improve our services
We will not acquire ownership of your artwork simply because you submit it to us.
9. USE OF CUSTOMER CONTENT FOR MARKETING
We will not publicly display or use your personal photographs, custom artwork, or other Customer Content for advertising, social media, portfolio purposes, or promotional materials without appropriate permission.
If you separately give Arttella permission to feature your finished product or Customer Content, you grant us permission to use it for the agreed promotional purpose.
10. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
Placing an order through Arttella.com constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.
An order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully received and the order has been confirmed by Arttella.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for reasons including:
Product unavailability
Pricing or listing errors
Payment problems
Suspicious or fraudulent activity
Invalid customer information
Prohibited Customer Content
Inability to fulfill the order
Other legitimate business or legal reasons
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will provide an appropriate refund of the amount paid for the cancelled order, subject to applicable law.
11. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices displayed on Arttella.com are subject to change without prior notice.
The price applicable to an order is generally the price displayed at the time the order is placed, unless there is an obvious pricing or system error.
Additional charges, such as shipping fees, taxes, or other applicable charges, may apply and will be displayed during checkout where applicable.
Orders must be paid using the payment methods made available on the website.
12. ORDER CANCELLATION
Because many Arttella products are made to order, cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible.
An order may not be cancelled once production or fulfillment has begun.
For custom or personalized products, cancellation may be unavailable once the artwork has entered the production process.
If an order is eligible for cancellation, any applicable refund will be processed using the original payment method or another method reasonably determined by Arttella.
13. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping and delivery estimates provided on Arttella.com are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delivery times may be affected by:
Courier delays
Weather
Natural disasters
Holidays
Customs procedures
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Failed delivery attempts
High shipping volume
Government restrictions
Events outside our reasonable control
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the carrier becomes responsible for the physical transportation of the package.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.
14. FAILED OR RETURNED DELIVERIES
If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, incomplete address, refusal to accept the package, or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests re-delivery.
For custom-made products, returned packages may not automatically qualify for a refund.
Customers should contact us as soon as possible if they believe their package has been lost or incorrectly delivered.
15. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact Arttella within 7 days of receiving the product.
Please provide:
Your order number
A description of the problem
Clear photographs of the product
Photographs of the packaging, when applicable
Any other information reasonably requested by our customer service team
We may review the issue and determine whether the product qualifies for a replacement, reprint, refund, or other appropriate remedy.
Normal Printing and Fabric Variations
Minor differences in color, texture, alignment, dimensions, or fabric appearance that are reasonably expected from the printing and manufacturing process may not qualify as defects.
16. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Because Arttella primarily sells made-to-order and print-on-demand products, returns may be limited.
Custom, personalized, or made-to-order products generally cannot be returned simply because the customer changes their mind, selected the wrong design, or no longer wants the product.
However, this does not affect any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable consumer protection laws.
If a product is defective, damaged in transit, incorrectly produced, or materially different from the confirmed order, Arttella may provide a replacement, reprint, refund, or another appropriate remedy after reviewing the claim.
Refunds may take several business days to appear depending on the customer's bank, payment provider, or financial institution.
17. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY FOR CUSTOM ORDERS
Before submitting a custom order, customers should carefully check:
Spelling
Names
Dates
Images
Artwork
Dimensions
Cropping
Color preferences
Personalization information
Shipping address
Arttella is not responsible for customer-submitted errors that are reproduced accurately according to the information provided.
18. RIGHT TO REFUSE CUSTOM ORDERS
Arttella reserves the right to refuse any custom printing request.
We may refuse an order if we reasonably believe that fulfilling it would:

Infringe intellectual property rights

Require us to reproduce unauthorized material
